TASTING NOTES: BACOO Rum 5-Year boasts a light copper color with candied funky aromas and an oily soft off dry full body. From the first sip you'll get hints of caramel, soft papaya, hearts of palm and banana followed by a warming, long nut butter, toffee, and pineapple cake finish.
SERVING: While this 5 yr Aged Rum will go nicely on the rocks by itself, it also makes a great cocktail – try it in a Dark & Stormy to cool down in the Summer heat, or in a Hot Toddy to warm up on a brisk Autumn evening.
RUM & GINGER ALE: A slightly less intense version of a Dark & Stormy.
SERVING: Add BACOO Rum 5 Year and ginger ale to a glass with ice. Garnish with fresh ginger and lime wheel.

Add all ingredients to a mug and stir well. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon slice.
