A blend of 75% Chardonnay & 25% Cabernet Franc. Sustainably Farmed, Fermented using Indigenous Yeast. Vibrant aromas of apples & citrus. Light and fresh, young vines, stainless steel aged.
A dry aromatic blend unique to Long Island, made in the North Fork style with crisp acidity, moderate alcohol, and a distinct minerality. It was fermented in steel from sustainably-grown grapes using indigenous yeasts. The 2020 vintage provided exceptional, nearly perfect growing conditions. Thomas Matthews of Wine Spectator said “Crisp and light, this white offers light apple and herbal flavors, with lively acidity and a short, clean finish. A refreshing aperitif.”
