ABOUT: The winery is located in the heart of the Quebrada de Las Flechas on km. 4408 of the national route Nº 40 km and 5 km from the city of Angastaco within the department of San Carlos, this ravine being one of the most important tourist points of the aforementioned route.

TASTING NOTES: Light Body, dry White Wine. Pale Yellow in color with Greenish hues, silver flashes, intense shine, no opacity. Fruity, Slight Citrus note (Pink Grapefruit) and White Peach. Soft floral entrance on the palate, showing Orange Blossom, Rose, White Peach, Citrus & hints of Tropical Fruits & Herbs on the long, balanced finish.

FOOD PAIRING: This wine pairs exceptionally well w/ Cheeses, Fish, Shellfish, Sushi, or Spicy Dishes. It also is a perfect pairing with typical northern Argentinian foods such as Locro (Squash Stew), Humita, Tamales and Salteña Empanadas.
