Skin-fermented Pinot Gris-Gewurztraminer-Sauvignon Blanc field blend. Fermented to dryness, it's a mouthful of marmalade, tangerine, baked peaches, lime, zesty pineapple, and florals. It's unfined and unfiltered.
Gratitude is perfect for an every-day sparkling wine - fresh, crisp, citrusy, herbal, and light on its feet. It's extra-special because it's simultaneously an orange wine; that is, it's made of white wine grapes, but fermented on its skins (as one would do for red wine), imparting a mesmerizing amber-golden hue to the liquid.
Made in the "ancestral" method, the wine is pressed, chilled, and bottled just before the first fermentation is completed, capturing the last bubbles inside this juicy gem. This is sparkling wine in its most raw form; it's unfined, unfiltered, with no sulfur added prior to bottling.
