Polaner Selections has joined forces with the Botter winery to craft the definitive version of affordable, authentically pure and pleasurable Nero d’Avola from the rustic countryside of Sicily. The grapes are sourced from vineyards in western Sicily, grown in volcanic clay soil, and then fermented in tank before aging four months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Deeply colored with a bouquet of violets, blueberry and black olives. The texture is rich and smooth, and the finish unfolds with considerable complexity, revealing nuances of ripe dark fruits, mineral, earth, and hints of cedar.
