50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier from Reims, Champagne, France.

Founded in 1964 in Reims by a group of growers with the intention of creating a Champagne house that supports farmers and not just investors, Jacquart now has several products. Mosaique is a Brut Champagne blend of about 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier.

TASTING NOTES: Fresh and delicate, with notes of White Fruits, Pear, Peach, Fresh Apricot, Fig, Biscuits and Orange Blossom, w/ Almond hints. Dried fruit aromas reveal it is starting to mature, w/ aromas of Dried Figs. The Palate is lush, generous and creamy. Beautiful exuberance driven by White fruits and Lemon Zest notes on the finish.

FOOD PAIRING: This classic Champagne pairs wonderfully with Raw Bar, Caviar, Sushi, Chicken Tempura and/or Strawberry Shortcake!
