65% Pinot Noir, 16% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay, and 9% vin rouge of Pinot Noir for color.

Made from vines grown in the village of Bethon, just south of Epernay. Vineyards are grown in clay and limestone soil. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Undergoes malolactic fermentation.

On the nose this champagne has aromas of barnyard, cherry, plum, game, tomato, apple, pear, peach, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, kiwi, butter, cream and vanilla. On the palate it is driven by ripe cherry, plum, strawberry, raspberry, mushroom, and follows through with notes of apple, pear, peach, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, kiwi, butter, cream and vanilla.
