On the nose this champagne has aromas of barnyard, cherry, plum, game, tomato, apple, pear, peach, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, kiwi, butter, cream and vanilla. On the palate it is driven by ripe cherry, plum, strawberry, raspberry, mushroom, and follows through with notes of apple, pear, peach, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, kiwi, butter, cream and vanilla.
