Cimarrón Blanco Tequila is distilled from 100% estate-grown blue weber agave and produced at Tequileña Distillery (NOM 1146), in the town of Atotonico el Alto. Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca developed a proprietary technique of crushing the cooked piñas (agave hearts) without the use of water. Bottled immediately after distillation, this tequila is made from agave that have an unusually high sugar content, resulting in an incredibly bold and sweet tequila.

Aroma : vegetal and earthy, with subtle spice.
Taste : dry, bright agave characteristics.
