ABOUT: Made by visionary, holistic winemaker, Francesco Cirelli. He says: “When I make wine, I imagine I am an alchemist preparing a magic potion. An antidote to misery, a balm for healing old wounds, a drink that makes us forgive but not forget.” 

VINIFICATION: Organic & Biodynamic certified farming. Stainless Steel fermentation and aging, w/ minimal additions of Sulfites.

TASTING NOTES: Med. Bodied, dry Red wine. Aromas of Plums, Blackberries, Blueberries, Cherry, Mint & Oregano. The light-weight palate has Dark Fruit, Cherries & and Black Plum notes, w/ hints of Cedar, White Pepper notes & Stoney minerality.  At its heart, a table wine best enjoyed with food. Fine acidity and delicate tannins round out the mouthfeel. Clean finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect table red. An easy pairing for Spaghetti,Baked Ziti, Meatball Subs, and an even better pairing for Pizza & Red Meat based dishes w/ Tomato.
