This is an unusual wine-based Vermouth Amaro made by following Giulio Cocchi's century-old recipe and enriched with rhubarb, chiretta flowers, and a double infusion of quinine. We have called it DopoTeatro because of the tradition in Turin to drink it chilled and garnished with lemon zest, after a visit to the theatre. It is the perfect way to add bitterness and elegance to classic cocktails such as The Negroni or Manhattan.
