This Sylvaner comes from 50+-year-old vines planted on granite, limestone, and sandstone. Harvested by hand and slowly pressed whole-bunch, it ferments with indigenous yeasts and ages on the lees for a year in stainless steel. Full-bodied. Aromatic and expressive on the nose, it dances with crisp green apple and rich pineapple on the palate on a textural mineral foundation.
