100% Riesling from Seneca & Keuka Lakes, Finger Lakes AVA, New York, USA.

ABOUT: Our classic dry style of Riesling made from vines dating back to 1958 from both our estate vineyard sites. 

VINIFICATION: De-Stemmed, & Direct Press after harvest. Fermented in Temperature Controlled Stainless Steel tanks. While this wine is Unoaked, it does spend 5 Months aging on it's Lees.

TASTING NOTES: Light bodied dry white wine. Bright, Light Straw color. Delicate and elegant, harmonizing Lime Zest, Granny Smith Apples, Peaches & Honey w/mineral stoniness from the Keuka vineyards with fresh Citrus and Nectarine from the Seneca vineyards. The palate is driven by Pear & Lemon notes. The zingy freshness brings energy, brightness, and persistence. Fruit and acidity are in balance, and the Med. finish is silky-smooth.

FOOD PAIRING: This delicate Dry Riesling with elevated acidity pairs best with Soft Goat Cheeses, simply prepared Chicken or Pork dishes Sauteed or Grilled, lightly prepared White Fishes, Salmon, or Scallops, and Greens Salads.
