100% Pinot Gris from the Finger Lakes AVA, NY. Sustainable.
VINIFICATION: Grapes are De-Stemmed and then Direct Pressed, after which the juice is fermented in Stainless Steel tanks & 500l French Puncheons. 17% of the wine is then aged in 500l French Puncheons for 3 Months, after which everything is blended and bottled.
TASTING NOTES: Light body, dry White Wine. Aromas of Sliced-Pear & ripe Melon. Fresh and unctuous palate, with notes of delicate Apricots, Lemon Oil, Yellow Pears & Ginger, w/ hints of Cherry Blossom & Toasty Sweet Spice on the long, textural finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Antipasto, Goat Cheeses, Pasta w/ Seafood or Shellfish, Light Seafood Dishes, White Fishes, Mussels, Citrus Salads, Grilled Pork, Sausages.
