ABOUT: Tsinandali is an appellation wine made from the Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes. It is produced in the Kakheti region in the Tsinandali sub-region. The Georgian wine landscape is incredibly diverse and produces wines of all different styles.

TASTING NOTES: This Tsinandali boasts a Pale-Straw color and a fresh bouquet of Apple, Pear, Floral, Spice & Mineral notes. On the palate this wine has notes of Incense, Elderflower, Tangerine, Pear, Green & Golden Apple. Refreshing acidity and a Salty Mineral hit leads to a med. length finish. Elegant and complex; impressive primary notes of tropical fruit, well balanced with citrus finish and oak notes.

FOOD PAIRING: This wine would be a perfect pairing with Shellfish, Seafood, Vegetables, Greens and Soft Cheeses; you can even pair this wine with Lamb!
