80% Vermentino & 20% Viognier from Gard & Montpellier, Occitanie, Southern France.
ABOUT: The grapes used to make this wine are grown in Clay and calcareous hillsides in Herault and Gard area, in the region Occitanie in the south of France.
VINIFICATION: Harvested at night to protect the grapes from oxidation and to preserve optimum freshness. Grapes are then directly pressed without maceration on their skins, after which the wine is cooled down and left on its fine lees. The two grape varieties are blended and aged on their fine lees in neutral vessels to bring further complexity to the wine.
TASTING NOTES: Med. bodied drytBrilliant Pale Yellow color w/ Green hints. Aromas of Grapefruit, Lemon & Green Apples. The palate has an ample mouthfeel, and a fruity attack led by lively ripe White Peach, Apple, Pear & Lemon. Balanced, w/ persistency & complexity coming out on the med. length finish.
