Aromas of Crushed Stone, Lemon Peel, White Plum & Thyme give this a taut, brisk entry on the nose. The medium-bodied palate shows more of the same, w/ great balance btw juicy Lemon, Plum & Earthy notes.

VINIFICATION: Fermented and aged in American and French oak, with 29% going to malolactic so there's a nice balance of baking spices, creaminess and tartness in each sip.
TASTING NOTES: The nose is Buttery and Toasty with hints of Petrol. Aromas of crushed stone, lemon peel, white plum and thyme give this a taut, brisk entry on the nose. The medium-bodied palate shows more of the same, with very good balance between the juicy lemon and plum flavors, and earthy elements. Hints of Apple Danish Pastry & Pineapple, along w/ a light touch of Oak lead into a med. length finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Pair this wine with Shellfish (especially Lobster, Scallops or Clams), Roasted Chicken, Turkey, Mushroom Risotto, or a Fennel Potato Gratin.
