VINIFICATION: A proprietary blend of estate-grown fruit, this wine is fermented in open-top vats. 72% of the wine ages in oak barrel for 9 months before bottling. Fruit for this cuvee currently comes from the 2019 and 2020 vintages.
TASTING NOTES: Lightly Floral aromas with Baking spice and Cherry. The palate on this light-medium weight red is Silky, with Cranberry, Strawberry and Cherry notes rounded out w/ hints of Spice.
