Irish Whiskey finished in Bourbon Casks, from Baltimore, West Cork, Ireland.

TASTING NOTES: Golden colored. Very light Aromas of Toffee Apple & Cloves, with Butterscotch & Cinnamon notes arising on the back end. The palate has a sweetness upfront, followed by a Toffee & soft Vanilla essence, w/ dried Fruits & a slight Spiciness coming out on the lingering finish, along w/ lots of sweetness.
