This rosé enchants the palate like a precious rose. It is the perfect accompaniment on a hot summer day and in the cooler months, it can bring a touch of summer joy into a cosy warm room. The secret to its elegance is the Blaufränkisch which gives the wine structure and freshness. "Pannonica" is a reference to our heritage: Pannonia - once a province of the Roman Empire, bounded North and East by the river Danube.

VINIFICATION: This wine was raised in 100% Stainless Steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES: Soft light pink color. On the nose there is a fine bouquet of Pear, Lychee, Raspberry & Strawberry, which follows through on the palate, which is characterized by its elegance and freshness, hints of peppercorns, and a lively spirited acidity.

FOOD PAIRING: This is a very versatile wine. Delicious as an Apertif, or with a wide range of dishes from fresh Summer Salads and Barbecued foods to warming Winter Soups, Turkey and Autumn Roasted Vegetables. That being said, please feel free to choose your own culinary adventure!
