Pimm’s Cup

1 ½ oz Pimm’s #1

½ oz Gin

½ Lemon Juice

½ Lime Juice

½ Simple Syrup

4 Cucumber slices (2 for muddling and 2 for Garnishing)

Place the 2 Cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and gently press with the muddler. Add ice and Pimm’s, gin Simple syrup, and Juice, and shake briskly for 30-40 seconds. Strain into a tall glass full of ice and garnish with remaining cucumber slices.
