A Scotch play on the classic Manhattan, Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth and cocktail bitters.

1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of cocktail bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir briskly for 30-40 seconds. Then strain into a martini glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
