Finally all of the requests for preserved cherries for all of your cocktailing needs can be answered. The first label we are able to offer has been created by one of our favorite local producers using their house-made amaro to soak the cherries that pack each jar. Bottled at 20% abv, these are a delectable treat on their own with other hors d'ouevres, but make a necessary addition, with a twist, for many cocktails.
