Triay Godello is a wine that is born from the recovery of an old clone of Godello in the "Val de Monterrei", traditionally called Verdello . It is made partially on the lees , with grapes selected manually in their own vineyards, following a rigorous and careful process to guarantee the purity and traditional essence of the wines originating in the area.

- Limited production : 37,000 bottles of 75 cl. - Elaboration : alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC in stainless steel tanks and subsequent aging on its own lees for 3 months, maintaining the natural processes of our ancestors. - Vineyards : over 20 years old, on granitic-sandy soils with clay areas, cultivated manually using traditional farming practices. - Climate : Atlantic with continental influence. - Suitable for vegans and celiacs .
TASTING NOTES: Greenish straw yellow color. Interesting aromatic intensity, reminiscent of stone fruit, green apple, citrus and elegant floral touches. In the mouth it is unctuous, dense; with very balanced acidity and citrus nuances. We find, in retronasal, those memories of fruit. Intensity and long and elegant persistence.
FOOD PAIRING: Triay Godello should be served at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC. Accompany with Seafood, Fish, Rice, Mushrooms, Spicy Foods, Salads and Soft Cheeses.
