70% Montepulciano, 30% Sangiovese from Marche, Italy. Certified organic.
VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested. After de-stemming, the grapes are sent into 200Hl Stainless Steel fermenting tanks equipped with a pump-over system and a controlled temperature. The maceration on skins lasts for approximately 20 days. Upon completion of the fermentation, the wine is aged in new French oak barriques
TASTING NOTES: Ruby with hues of Red Garnet. Intense w/ notes of Strawberry, Cherry, Red Fruits. Hints of Black Pepper and Juniper add complexity, w/ scents of fresh Violets. Elegant Vanilla nuances close this rich and complex bouquet. Lingering, warm, full-bodied and harmonious. The palate displays fruity, floral and spice notes following in line with the bouquet. Great structure. Persistent, w/ a long, satisfying finish.
