TASTING NOTES: This Cabernet Franc is driven by intense, bright fruit aromas and flavors of Black Cherry and Ripe Blueberry, and perfectly balanced with subtle Cedar & Smoke notes on the persistent palate. Hints of dried Cranberry and Orange complement a satisfyingly smooth mouthfeel. This wine is vinified using Carbonic Maceration and aged in Stainless Steel tanks.
FOOD PAIRING: T23 can be paired with a great variety of foods, especially Tomato-based dishes, and Grilled or Roasted Poultry or Pork.

TASTING NOTES: Our nod to Italy’s famed Prosecco is a crowd pleaser every year. Damiani Bollicine ("tiny bubbles") is ripe, with refreshing Tangerine and Citrus zest, along with a touch of Grapefruit on the nose and a lingering zing of sweet Blood Orange on the finish.
